Project approach
All MapSoft projects are based and performed on accepted project approach. Implementation plan has project activities given in details, precisely defined methodology and platform for data acquisition, team members with given roles, software for data processing, defined internal quality control, etc…

2. Define methodology and platform for data acquisition
The choice of the optimal way to produce the required products is made after the collection of user requirements. We select equipment, acquisition conditions and other parameters to get the data in the most optimal way. We combine acquisition methods (aerial imaging, remote sensing, field work,...), instruments and sensors, etc… to meet the required quality criteria.
3. Define data processing chain
MapSoft data processing chain is based on numerous software solutions. We use the most well-known commercial data processing software (Inpho , TerraScan, FME,...), open source software (QGIS, SAGA,...), as well as our own software solutions. MapSoft is particularly proud of PhotoSoft, a digital photogrammetric station developed by the MapSoft development team that is fully customized for the needs of mass spatial data collection. Researching on new data processing chains is a daily job for the MapSoft team.
4. Define team members
MapSoft team members have decades of experience in field of spatial data acquisition and processing. At all project phase, MapSoft team is made of experienced experts. In addition to experience, MapSoft team act as members of a united team. MapSoft has engaged external experts from various fields complementary with Mapsoft’s knowledge base.
5. Quality control
MapSoft implements projects in accordance with internal quality control procedures. Following the requirements of the current market we have developed our quality management system, which has been certified according to ISO 9001 standards since 2012. In addition, MapSoft, as a member of professional organizations IAGSA and EAASI, incorporates best practices into its internal procedures.
6. Customer support
MapSoft is able to support customers after data collection and delivery. The use of spatial data in various fields has its own specifics. With many years of experience, we can help our customers how to use the data in the best possible way. Together with the development team, we are able to customize the user's software tools or develop new special software tools or GIS.
